Pros/Cons

Pros
Ease of use and dashboard. Love this product. Very easy to tag documents and send. Clients love it as well
Why not go digital. Makes life so much easier for all involved in a sales process.

Cons
some of our clients found it a little difficult to open in the computers. not to many cons it has been helpful
I'd like to see this product integrate better with SharePoint and accounting software. It works OK but needs improvement.

Pros
Really easy to use for both the business and end user. Quick to set up and the customer service has been great.
It is readily accessible and easy to use and tracks the signing and viewing of documents. The support is fast and very helpful.

Cons
The 'teams' structures can be a little unwieldy - but the support guys are lightening fast if you have any issues.
I think that the visual layout could have been more aesthetically pleasing but other than that it functioned as it should.
