Pros/Cons

Pros
I love it aesthetically and it’s so easy for a non tech person like me to use. The design is good and it has great functionality and deliverability !
I like that its easy and the workflow is very easy to use

Cons
ActiveCampaign is easy to use, but the CMS is often very slow, which means it takes extra time to make simple adjustments.
Occasionally contacts get stuck inside an automation - but customer service has helped when this has happened.

Easy to get started and fairly easy to use. Really good for a beginner and/or a scaling company whose revenue is growing month over month.
- Easy to use - Detailed reports - Great features - Awesome support

Cons
Everything is great. A bit costlier compared to some of the giants for 10,000+ contacts.
Sometimes formatting on a template can be a bit challenging, but overall good.
