Pros
Easy interface, large font, easy to read, excellent support, upgrades very easy across all computers!!!
The scheduling and quality modules are a must have, they work great.

Cons
The scheduling module takes a bit longer to master but that is probably due to the nature of our busines..
none that i have found. A few bugs and similar issues but they are always resolved quickly.

Has been stable over the years for most basic features. Works well when the system is understood by new users.
Syspro integrated all the necessary information as you need it. I like how I handle its customization feature to be more understandable.

Cons
No Syspro warehouse management module, only third party.
A little limited based on its features. Fixing on some updates should be properly affixed to be more competitive.
