Pros/Cons

Pros
Very user friendly. It was easy to learn and quickly set up events. The dashboard is great for overview of each event for a quick glance.
I love that i can customize my response as much, or as little and very quick to answer all my leads in a timely

Cons
The credit module can be a little difficult to use but they are constantly updating their system and making it better
I wish CrowdCompass was a bit more customizable, but overall its still a fantastic product.

Pros
Ease of use. It is so great how easy it is to use and make changes. i especially think access to reports and menus is great.
It is customized to our needs and editable. The software is easy to navigate when you are trying something for the first time. The AMAZING tech support makes it that much better!

Cons
Adding in items can be a bit clunky and there is some rigidity in the document production that makes it a bit difficult to mesh with our organization but in the grand scheme, not terrible.
It's very difficult to get a report. It's harder to see an overview of all events with ease compared with the last version.
