Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the fact that it has many features and it is fast and good
This app is very easy to use. It's very easy to find events and save them by clicking on the heart. I also like how the app saves your tickets.

Cons
The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!
It does feel a little cheap since the UI is not designed for a fast-paced environment, the invite links happen to go corrupt often but it doesn't take away how good en efficient the app is.

Pros
I like the sleek, professional look of Picatic. I like that it easily integrates with our website. I've had helpful customer service.
The features for non-profits. Also the customer service is arguably the best in the industry. I'll be using it over other platforms going forward.

Cons
Limited functionality, but works well and serves the purpose for a novice. I don't have 25 other characters to put into this space. Sorry.
I love it all. There is nothing that I do not like about this software platform. I would love one spot to download reports in easy PDF format for my accountant :)
