Pros/Cons

Pros
Great tool to connect for phone meetings. We use to speak with people across the world so that is very convenient. Pretty easy to use and rarely messes up.
We have never had a connectivity issue with GoToWebinar, and its interface is easy to understand and utilize.

Cons
Setting up sessions as appointments can be a bit confusing, however with use it becomes clearer on how to do them.
The only issue I ever had was getting it loaded on my laptop ahead of a meeting but this was years ago and never had any other problem after that

Pros
easy to use and make changes when your logged in on a desktop computer
I enjoy the ability to post event flyers on the platform and that people are able to purchase tickets/tables through the site.

Cons
There have been a few bugs regarding the tally of total guests, but the customer service is impeccable and issue are resolved very quickly
