Badger Maps vs Freshdesk

Had some problems getting it set up, but worked through them with customer service and got out working properly.

The cost is high, I wish it was less expensive per month. I understand the value but it would be nice if you offer special programs every once in awhile to help with cost.

The only thing I would change is the interface seems a little dated. With that its still easy to use and accessible

I think the price is right but it is a little too high if you add some features.
