Serving field service vendors since 1989, FIELDBOSS is an end-to-end solution built within Microsoft Dynamics. The system is geared towards medium to large sized HVAC companies in both commercial and residential markets. The system can be deployed in either a web-based or on-premise deployment, and is both Mac and PC compatible including use on mobile devices.

Features offered within FIELDBOSS include billing and invoicing, contact management, scheduling and dispatching, work order management, inventory management as well as GPS tracking. Additional features of FIELDBOSS include customer service and case management, estimating and quoting, marketing, sales management, equipment tracking, and a client portal for customers. The system also offers field mobility, so users can have access to the system while on the job or on-the-go.

For new users, the FIELDBOSS support team assists with implementation, as well as ongoing support via email, phone or an online portal.
