WorkHeld is a cloud-based field service management platform that enables managers to communicate with on-site workers through Windows mobile devices. WorkHeld offers contact management, work order management, inventory management and more.
Users in the office and on-site field crews can exchange information in real time, from the assignment of work orders to the final signature of the client. Project coordinators can allocate work orders and resources, and field workers are granted access to information such as construction plans and project checklists.
Other features include work order planning, tools to help record work and travel times, expense tracking and defect management as well as automated reporting. Time and expense tracking, defect management and voice command support are also available.
