Pros/Cons

Pros
This is a very easy to use system. Highly adaptable to our unique industry, student transportation. The set-up was easy and it has been very intuitive.
The Software is very user friendly compared to several other of the competitors.

Cons
The reporting is hard to configure but seems to be fully customizable
Little more detail in search options and sorting options in different screens and reports.

What I like the most about this software is that it is so user friendly. Love the fact that I can locate a technician at any time.
Easy access, Technical support is amazing ..and the follow -up from the staff is spectacular

Cons
Software is fine but customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
Software is good the service not so much I had to call about getting a new unit about 4 weeks until they finally got back to me
