Pros/Cons

Pros
It's very easy to use collaboration tool. Very good integration with Jira. It has very nice document version control feature. A lot lot lot many other functionalities.
Easy too use, it has plenty of features and can solve many problems for cooperation

Cons
The only drawback is that it's not very user friendly, however Atlassian does provide good tutorials, and I take advantage of that.
Confluence has most features needed for my work, but it can be difficult to format code and mathematical equations easily.

Pros
It's easy to use and the cost is great compared to other systems on the market with less features.
Ease of use. This software does not need much of training and is very user friendly as far as my experience is concerned.

Cons
Unsure how well it will cope with further larger expansion and systems integration
Need better tracking of tickets completed/closed per department, person. Graphs are now good at ticket counts.
