Freshdesk vs UVdesk

The only thing I would change is the interface seems a little dated. With that its still easy to use and accessible

I think the price is right but it is a little too high if you add some features.

I like everything so far. Only have good experience with them. They have been very helpfull and knowledgable.

So far they are very helpful and not getting any issue. I only suggest to make the error more descriptive.
