Pros/Cons

Pros
Superior, Best, easy to use, the better, like no other
Out of the box features are excellent and the system is very easy to configure.

Cons
A little confusion when setting up modules, but the support via Chat, trouble tickets and FAQ makes it bearable for roll-out and 1st time users
Rendering email in the ticket was clumsy but has improved recently. It is perfectly useable but others do it better.

Ele é muito leve e fácil de se utilizar, quando você se conecta remoto com alguma outra máquina ele não fica com delay
It's excellent very fast and very useful. I love the quality with which you work because it is the right one to work with.

Cons
Teamviewer is a great application but when compared to the alternatives out its pricing is just to high for my liking.
Team Viewer appearance is somewhat difficult and Colour Theme is disappointed but Team Viewee is Excellent.
