Pros/Cons

Pros
I love everything about this software. I like that it is very friendly and easy to use.
It very easy to use and it really works for you.

Cons
Sometimes it takes a bit for customer service to reach back out, but they always complete a job well done once they do.
Setting up online applications were a little tricky if your not computer savvy but customer service is is super helpful

Great technical support and adaptability to each account user. Easy to navigate throughout programs.
The program is very flexible and has many useful features.

Cons
Training with new applications was fast paced and hard to follow at times. Nothing with software itself.
Hard to use but they are taking the feedback to make is easier. Lack in documentation but again they are updating as requested as much as possible
