Pros
Easy to Use - This software is so easy to learn in no time Quick to Learn - I was able to learn the use of this software very quickly and became confident in my use easily
The scheduling system is great. It certainly helps a business maintain organization. I appreciate all the tracking capabilities

Cons
Few glitches every once in a while, but they're really urgent and fix it. Good customer service.
Somewhat user friendly. The system tends to lag and crash a lot. Making changes to a caregivers schedule can be combursome.

Pros
Great all in one software for a growing hospice company. Without this I don't know how we could function as a company, this is great!
I like that the software keeps track of when to send letters and the one to make phone calls

Cons
agency has to pay for better utilization of various tools, otherwise can't think of anything negative.
Training for this software could be streamlined more.
