Users can attach files such as pictures, audio recording and videos to complaint entries to document injuries for insurance-filing or police-reporting purposes. Users can set escalation procedures and standard resolution protocols that suit the needs of their properties. Guest profiles and preference updates can be integrated with other FCS products or users' existing property management systems.
