Pros/Cons

Pros
This app is very user friendly and super easy to navigate! I love being able to long on and see everything I need when ever I want on my phone!
Easy to implement and setup was relatively smooth

Cons
The Support Center/Bridge is vast but can be rather cumbersome to navigate and find answers quickly.
Learning to use this software was a bit difficult in the beginning. It is can be hard to find certain tools to navigate the site, but typically easy to use with some guidance.

Pros
The user interface is great and very intuitive, the help/support section is very good in helping you get up to speed with the software.
* its really amazing since brightpay covers all the aspect of a really great payroll system, easy to use and very effective

Cons
A bit fiddly on enrolment for the Government pension scheme.
It would be nice to see the software fully in the cloud, but, that is really a wish for the future than a real complaint.
