Agile vs ZipRecruiter

The email component is sometimes a little fickle, but still works well, especially compared to what we had been using before this.

This gives us a personalized service that is worth the money and so no cons right now. It is easy to use but maybe more training manuals.

Overall this is a great application. Little flaws. Sometimes software freezes up and has to be closed and restarted.

There aren't really any cons that are too terrible. However, if you are a smaller company, the paid version can be quite expensive. Other than that, there really aren't any cons worth noting.
