Pros
This software is very user friendly. Easy to Learn and utilize on a daily basis. If there are any questions EVERY team member is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and ready to help!
Easy to use, regular platform enhancements, excellent customer service, comprehensive HR suite, reliable

Cons
There are many "canned" analysis that are excellent; however, the ability to build unique reports can be improved.
Sometimes it is slow or freezes up but it could be my computer.
