HireTouch’s report writer tool help HR managers to generate reports, analyze trends and track hiring processes. Users can access the available reports using customized widgets that are available on the product dashboard. It also provides HRIS integration to assist users in employee information sharing.

I've used this from the perspective of an applicant. However, I also work for an organization that uses this software as well (though I've never worked in the backend).
Compared to other some other hiring software I've experienced and seen, I did like it for the most part. It's relatively intuitive.
The interface can be a little frustrating at times but for the most part everything is easy to use.
One of my personal pet peeves is that you have to re-type everything in your Resume out all over again in the many different forms, which is very time-consuming for job seekers. I am uncertain as to whether or not this is a developer choice or an organizational decision, however.
