Pros/Cons

Pros
I love how informative and detailed this software is. There are so many great advantages to using this. I love everything about it and use it daily.
The thing I love the most about this software is its ease of use. It is straightforward and not complicated at all. Easy for a beginner to use.

Cons
Indeed is a great tool for higher level positions but does not work as well for catching hires for front line / entry level to lead positions.
The search function could be a little more intuitive: a simple search is easy, but figuring out how to get to the advanced search function could be easier to find.

User friendly and improvement in efficiency of recruitment process
The layout Easy to use Always support either via chat or email Candidate search is helpful Longer time session - doesn't time out after 20 mins anymore

Cons
The UI is old fashioned in places but this is being revamped and new areas look well
No email facility when RTR fully authorised to alert HR team
