Simple and effective.
Pros
Does most of the work for me. They directed me to exactly what I was looking and it took minutes to receive a response.
Cons
To many promotional emails on a daily basis. I would prefer for the system to ask if I want to be included in their mailing list.

Simple and effective performance management software
Pros
The software is easy to navigate and straight forward with all of our feedback and previous reviews all in one easy to navigate place.
Cons
The lack of technological platforms for completing the review. Logging into the performance management system took a bit of navigation from the portal. It would be nice if there was a phone application or tablet application of the software that would interface directly with our systems.
