Youmanage is a cloud-based human resource (HR) solution that caters to various industries such as IT, food and beverage, legal and pharmaceuticals. It provides a centralized database that helps HR managers to record employee data, create reports and analyze information.

Youmanage provides an absence management module that helps users to consolidate organization’s absence data including sick leave, annual leave, pending leave requests and holidays. The solution offers an absence planner that allows managers and their team members to schedule time off. It also allows managers to view summarized absence records for individual and teams.

Users can also create their own dashboards and generate custom reports that can be shared with managers and teams. Youmanage also features an employee self-service portal that helps users manage reviews, access team contacts and edit personal information.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis which includes support via phone, email and live chat.

Cloud based software that is accessible anywhere and helps maintain HR Compliance and employee data.

Pros

Easy to use for both HR and end users, good reporting function and great support from team who respond very quickly on queries.

Cons

User manual has scope for small improvements in terms of ad hoc queries that HR might need to carry out.

It's logical so no excessive training was required for the employees

There are no things in particular that I dislike.

Pros

I like that we are able to access all employees quickly and see who is where in the business. EG sickness/holiday

Cons

I dislike that the filters stay on after a search has been done even though they don't need to be. EG birthday/ anniversary when I go to search for a normal employee

Easy functionality, easy on the eye and simple to use. The employee personal details is easily updated, reports for payroll are very easy to understand.

Cons

The new feature to restrict data processing for employees could cause potential problems. IF employees select this then it may cause issues if there is a payroll change thus not showing up on reports.
