Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This program is easy to use, and the training is wonderful!

  • This system is easy to navigate, and easy to learn!

  • Cons

  • The Chat function is great, but it errors out on me multiple times in a week.

  • Larger commercial accounts are a little cumbersome in the system. The certificate management is much better than 8 years ago and continues to improve but still needs a little tweaking.

  • Pros

  • You are able to verify patients benefits. File a claim online. Customer service is quite helpful.

  • It is extremely simple to use and can be used when speaking to new patients on the phone to see what they're benefits are.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is a bit slow. It can sometimes be challenging to have all the needed data to access a patient's insurance coverage.

  • There is nothing to list. This is a great company with people who care about doing their jobs correctly.
