Pros/Cons

Pros
Super easy to use, colorful, customer service is A+++++, and very affordable!!
Very easy to navigate and Nowcerts does everything without breaking your wallet. Very affordable and the customer service is A+++++++ all the way!!! Very Happy customer!!!

Cons
sometimes it's tricky when copy and pasting information into nowcerts and it's also hard to search for clients sometimes but other than that it's been very helpful!
Sometimes there are small software glitches in the system but they are easily fixed and communication when something has gone down and back up is amazing.

Pros
I love how user friendly it is, even my staff has no issues with using it, which is HUGE!
Ease of use on the end user side is great. Auto communication for benefits enrollment is awesome.

Cons
As a newer company, there were/are some growing pains, but home office support has been exceptional through this.
Absolutely nothing. We love everything about this system.
