Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • You are able to verify patients benefits. File a claim online. Customer service is quite helpful.

  • It is extremely simple to use and can be used when speaking to new patients on the phone to see what they're benefits are.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is a bit slow. It can sometimes be challenging to have all the needed data to access a patient's insurance coverage.

  • There is nothing to list. This is a great company with people who care about doing their jobs correctly.

  • Pros

  • I love how user friendly it is, even my staff has no issues with using it, which is HUGE!

  • Ease of use on the end user side is great. Auto communication for benefits enrollment is awesome.

  • Cons

  • As a newer company, there were/are some growing pains, but home office support has been exceptional through this.

  • Absolutely nothing. We love everything about this system.
