  • The software is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

  • Cons

  • Very difficult to get into at first, once you get the hang of it then it is very easy. Until then, it can be frustrating.

  • As with any CRM there are challenges to operation but customer service executive made sure everything ran smoothly when given the question or issue at hand.
