Pros/Cons

Pros
The software is incredibly easy for our presenters and attendees to use. While our presenters enjoy doing webinars, this is the first time they've described it as fun. It's a very clean interface.
Very easy to use, packed with features and a responsive team.

Cons
There was an issue with audio/video sync of recordings but it has been addressed.
The description of the webinar doesn't support bold, italic and other common word processing functions. It's not a show stopper for us, but it would be nice.

Easy to use, cheap (Free to get started), great quality
I love the fact that it's so easy to use I can just put in all my information I want and the software makes it for me I love it

Cons
For the price, the base price, I feel you should get more for that cost associated up front. However, you do get what you pay for.
The basic setup is pretty easy to understand and intuitive, but trying to add the more advanced can get really complicated for basic users.
