Pros/Cons

Pros
The ease of use, the details it tracks, accessibility, and efficiency! This software organizes everything you need in such efficient manner and keeps track of everything!!
This software is very easy to use and helpful for cases!

Cons
the contact directory is a work in progress, and sometimes the system (as its web based) can run slow at times, but it seems that they are aware of these items and are looking to improve...
The template development is very good but could be improved. For There really are not many other cons.

Pros
This program has been easy to learn and saves me a ton of time. It is very organized and gets me paid faster with customers. Great program!
I love the ease of use of this program. I also really appreciate that I can pay most of my taxes by pressing a simple button. Their customer service is exceptional most of the time.

Cons
Some things still need a bit of development, like their banking integrations, these are sometimes troublesome to set up, but the support via online chat helps with that pretty quick.
It's not particularly intuitive and although the customer support is good it's not particularly easy to set up and use
