Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love this program! It has made my practice so much easier and it allows my clients to have so much access to their case. This is a must have for a law offices.

  • The customer service is fantastic. For a small firm looking to get "paperless", this is a fantastic option.

  • Cons

  • Calendar could use some development, but it's basic manual operation gets the job done.

  • The balance-forward and interest on past due balances, in the billing system is somewhat difficult to achieve. Other than that, I find very little to complain about with this system.

  • Pros

  • Love the ease of use for the billing program. It's clear, easy to use, and easily adaptable / modifiable for your billing needs.

  • Great tools, great automation, great customer support

  • Cons

  • No problems except I wish there was an app for Windows like there is for Apple.

  • Monthly expense is high for a solo firm, but it gets the job done. Customer service doesn't implement suggestions for changes very often.
