Prevail Case Management vs Xero

There are a few glitches here and there and it crashes sometimes, but for the most part we are very happy using Prevail.

There really aren't any cons. The only thing I would want is for it to communicate with more outside software such as our fax machine to do automated faxes.

I like this software from xero but lately the customer service has been noticed down and in some of the plans the cost is too high for some companies peueñas.

It has quite a few limitations compared to the enterprise cousins, but at the price it is a no-brainer.
