Arlo is a cloud-based training and event management platform designed to help users promote, sell and deliver courses and events. Arlo helps users automate manual processes by providing scheduling, automatic communication, custom reporting, payments and invoicing.
Users can keep client records updated within Arlo’s customer relationship management (CRM) module. Courses and events are managed within the Arlo platform and online registration can be configured with customisable registration forms.
Course and event information entered or altered on the Arlo platform is displayed on user websites through Arlo’s website integration. Arlo integrates with other software to further extend the solution’s functionality.
Arlo’s integration with Moodle LMS lets users manage face-to-face, online, self-paced and blended learning. This allows users to include quizzes, SCORM objects, forums, videos, and other online activities within training. Users have visibility and reporting on your registrants in one place with Arlo.

The Battery requires charging. If mounted outdoors and not on electric power, the battery must be recharged. Frequency depends on how much recording is done.

I like arlo because of ease of use and functionality. It catches everything on recording & never misses a beat.
Unfortunately, Arlo's battery life is very short with alot of movement. Other than that, not many other issues.

Integration with other systems and automation features. It sends emails to waiting list clients with one easy step, also raises invoices in my accounting system which was my initial interest in ARLO, so all the rest is such a bonus!
I have yet to be able to integrate Moodle, I guess that is a slight drawback as I didn't realise it is not compatible with cloud bases Moodle systems.

I use Arlo to check details of events. It is very useful and greatly aids my work.
It has a variety of useful tools, and is easy to use. Everything is clear and straightforward.
It takes a while to load on occasion, however, is usually fine!

Being able to build reports to suit specific customer needs/requirements and have these sent at a time and date which is convenient to them.
Not being able to retrieve all data in one single report, it may be that 2 reports are needed to be able to view all of the data needed.
I love how clearly upcoming workshops are presented. Scheduling workshops is fantastic as well and the website liaises nicely with our workshop.
When you search for something specific it removes the search when you hit the back button. it would be better to have these parameters set and saved

i like how Arlo is easy to follow and understand. It's very specific when setting up an event or contact which makes it hard to forget to include important information.
I'm not sure if it's our website or Arlo but when we add details when setting up events the information/font shows up in different sizes on the website and paragraphs are scrambled.

The template system that allows you to quickly set up a different event. It brings across all the information we need and links it to the same page on the website :)
When searching courses by a key word, it doesn't give you the option to open it in a new tab. If I selected the wrong one, it doesn't open the same search term - instead, I have to search again

There are some limitations to Arlo, but none that are deal breakers. They are really just minor things, but I'm sure that if my company had a higher tiered contract/support, those limitations would not be an issue.

We use Arlo to organise the courses which run in our centre (registration, communication etc). I find out it is very easy to use Arlo once the courses have been setup. We have setup templates for all of our courses. We only need to make minor changes each year. Also, the customer services are efficient and professional.
I don't have anything to complain with. The functions of this software meet our needs. I am not the person to worry about the cost.

Useful event management system
I find Arlo fairly straightforward and smooth to use and obtain information or add data to an event.
When searching for a series of events, once you click on one and leave, you are taken back to the menu page and have to start the search again, which can be frustrating.

We have only started using this package recently and have found it very easy to use, much clearer to see customers and course than our previous package.
I haven't come across any issues so far, it would be handy to have the ability to add more users that can see but not change information, ie sales reps.

LMS Integration and improved training/event registration management over what our LMS can do.
The seamless integration with our LMS (Moodle/Totara has been a massive resource to advance our training and development programs.
While it has the ability to store many templates for design, and delivery of your programs, it could benefit from the addition of some more in the areas of invoicing and communications.
Arlo is very easy to use and the team is always on hand to help should we have any questions or additional changes we would like to make to our personalised system.
Some team members have taken the time to come and give us presentations on how to get the best out of the system which was really helpful.
Arlo is a great way for us to upload and keep track of our events. The reporting section is especially helpful for running data analysis.
The database is extremely helpful for storing details about centres - the full details of the school will populate from just a centre number.
Overall, the system has been great and I would definitely recommend for anyone who is thinking of using it.
You cannot change the event code once the event has been approved - this means you have to cancel the event and create a new one if there are any changes.

Easy to monitor live events and get a full report on any cancellations, postponement or any detail changes occurred for any events. Also, the trainer details as well as delegate details are available for us to review and contact them if necessary.
