I love how the vendor is attentive to my needs and how the product works for our company.
What I like least is that my budget does not allow me to purchase all their libraries.
Check out the reporting and logging features. Make sure to evaluate all the libraries of courses available.
It gets the job done - but takes 15 min to do something that should take 3 min. It meets the compliance needs.
Workflow of the admin portal is outdated and full of friction. I would never recommend this system.

My overall recommendation is from 1 to 10, I give inspired Learning an 8. It meets the needs of our employees.
The Inspired Learning Team is always available.
Sometimes the ip address changes which makes it hard for our employees to access the course.

I highly recommend using this product. I have gone from purchasing one set of classes, to now having multiple levels of training to include not only Security Basics, but also PCI, HIPAA, Ethics, Management, Diversity and Harassment training.
This product is the best online training product I have every used. The ease of reporting and tracking users across a global company has been a huge benefit in keeping up to date on users. I appreciate the ease of adding users, reporting on users and how I can segregate my users via locations and training needs. The customer support is hands down one of the exceptional features.
The only con I have is that sometimes it takes a little longer to have updates made to the training products, but they are great at communication and customer support.

The features are great and allows a lot of automation which for a company like ours has made our lives easier.
Especially the automation with reporting. We have multiple branches and each manager can be sent a report on where their staff are in the elearning process on a set date each week.
The SCORM compatibility is great, haven't had any problems with reporting or tracking of courses. We use Articulate Studio and haven't had any problems.

- Love that you can divide up locations and departments within the company. Helps when enrolling people as you can set what courses those departments use and it auto-enrolls them.

- Can by blocks of user licenses which is better than buying a plan with too much excess and paying too much for what you won't use.
- There is a lot of depth to the reporting and set up which can make it a challenging learning curve. (the staff are great at helping with this so it wasn't a problem)
- The site works the best with Internet Explorer and I wish it worked better with other browsers.
