AL Advantage vs MatrixCare - Skilled Nursing Facility Software

There are times when system is slow but that's mainly because ALadvantage are running software updates however i would suggest to send notification to customers :-)

It has a learning curve, but once you get used to it it is all ok.

Some aspects of reporting, setting up features, or making changes are cumbersome. Security templates are too rigid especially for smaller facilities where staff overlap in functions.

Occasionally system glitches as well as needs a comment or additional note section for each resident
