Some aspects of reporting, setting up features, or making changes are cumbersome. Security templates are too rigid especially for smaller facilities where staff overlap in functions.

Occasionally system glitches as well as needs a comment or additional note section for each resident

It freezes frequently but not sure if it is from the server but we use cloud. The support staff can't tell you exactly what happened when you have some problem but they are good in resolving it.

There are many features available to make data entry easier and more efficient, however, current staff were not employed when initial training was done. The Help feature is not easy to navigate.
