Finally a low cost quality system that is easy to implement, use, and grow with
Best bang for the buck compared to any other EQMS on the market.
Pros
After using several other EQMS', this was very easy to implement and deploy Operators can pick up and use within minutes of simple training Screens are easy to manage and teach as all look the same. Roll-out is very easy with the modules, as they allow you to do one portion at a time. Easy to have multiple different plants working in the same or separate databases Forces good process be done consistently with 'tasks' Great customer support! Good user groups in Mid-west.
Cons
Non-conformance are 1-to-1 with part numbers AND failure modes. (i.e. RMA's are required for each part number being returned) Base reports which come with uniPoint will not allow you to get all the data out. uniPoint will create any extra report you need, but for a small price. You can write your own reports if you have Crystal Reports Writer and someone with Crystal experience.

Best QMS software I've used!
Pros
Easy to create workflow templates in the NC and CPA modules to ensure each type of situation has its tasks. The Doc control module was very easy to use to route approvals and training. Every auditor I had was extremely impressed with the software. Their response to issues was fabulous! The help files are very useful as well. It integrates seamlessly with so many different ERP systems.
Cons
I wish there was a change management or ECO module on this system to control that process. It's a huge part of an ISO or AS audit!

Unipoint Review
Pros
It is very User-friendly. Easy to learn. Good Customer support. Easy to manage the system. Easy to install.
Cons
It doesn't have some features I am looking at. It is more for a maintenance workshop and can't be used for other areas/

This software is more than we needed
This was my second choice, close but no cigar.
Pros
Single application to do "all" modules in the ISO requirements. Email connectivity for notification of task, project, corrective action, surveys and change. All the needed modules are there: Non-conformance, Document control, auditing, inspection, scrap, rework, validation. Great customer service.
Cons
Integrated ERP is not necessary in my application and considered a con. Cost compared to similar software is higher.

Easy to Use
Pros
Because the modules are all built the same, it's easier to train users. It also makes moving from one module to another a smooth process.
Cons
Have to purchase an outside program to create customer reports. Program is not capable to combining reports into one large report.

All the sub-groups are in full view to select. Great software dashboard!!
Pros: Easy navigating through each sub-group. Can upload documents from a external data file. Nice scroll down entry fields in each sub-group. Overall it's a effective package of Quality Management software. Cons: like any new database, it will take time to enter the customer and suppliers information. But, no indication that this software is well equipped to manage our small businesses (QMS). A +.

All in all a great quality management tool
Pros
The ability to create reoccurring tickets for product maintenance and testing as well as documentation trace-ability.
Cons
The appearance some times seems a bit older. The links to other places are not always as intuitive as some would like them to be.
