Easy management of social networks

Ease-of-use

Functionality

Product Quality

Customer Support

Value for Money

It is a really useful tool, which saves a lot of time invested and with this it decreases the large amount of work involved in marketing management in different social networks. Now one or two people can handle it quickly and easily.
Keeps the work in order and benefits us significantly in the communication between the team and our customers.

Pros

What I like the most is the ease that I have of doing great functions with such simple steps. I can program the publications in the different social networks that I use, I can also publish content from the page where I am, all with the Buffer facility. It is affordable and has a high accessibility range. It is so simple and quick to use it. Its API is very good, intuitive and easy to use, I have all the tools I need within reach.

Cons

Everything is fine with Buffer but I present small inconveniences with the general functions with a focus on each social network, which each presents different difficulties. For example Twitter can mark the programming of all my tweets as spam, but it is not, I only do it for the different accounts that I manage. As this also happen limitations with Facebook and Instagram that can make the work more tedious.

I love Buffer! It allows me to schedule posts across all my social platforms. If I did not have Buffer, I know that I would not have over 1/2 the content that I do now.

Cons

I have not found any cons with this application. It's pretty straight forward, and I love that there is a chrome extension, allowing me to share across all platforms through Chrome.

For the price buffer offers many of the features a small business needs. However, if you can afford it a paid tool would be better.

Pros

Buffer makes it easy to schedule posts to various social media platforms and offers some platforms of integration.

Cons

There are many other social media platforms that offer a more robust social media channel monitoring in addition to scheduling and analyzing data.

Great for planning post in the future. It gives you the ability to have a marketing plan and see the results of a campaign.

Pros

I normally put together ads for my company in advance. I love that I can put them into Buffer and set up times for each of the ads in the different social media sites. I even get an email telling me that a post has been made successfully. If I have something I need to post right away that option is available too. I also love looking at the analytics. The analytics allows me to see the type of ads work the best.

Cons

I would love if I could have the sign on to my GSuite account. Other than having a separate log in I have no cons to Buffer.

Buffer lets you try them out for a week before committing to a paid plan. You can even use the free plan to access 3 social media accounts. All of their plans include the handy link shortening feature.

The small business plan doesn't do enough for per month price. At that price you are still not able to maintain more than 25 social accounts. This may not be a deal breaker for some.

Value for Money

I've tried several other auto-posting apps for social media, and I keep coming back to Buffer. I can't say its the best, but - for me anyway - it seems to offer the combination of features and usability that appeals to me.

Pros

I've found it easy to use, specifically easy to connect multiple social media accounts and then cross-post. The scheduling is good as well. I like the fact that it will suggest posting times, but that it is easy to override them.

Cons

Sometimes it is less than obvious exactly how to do something. For example, it's not always obvious why a particular post fails to publish, or which platform is failed on. In Buffer's defense, this is a minor quibble. I've usually been able to figure it out.

This is a must-to-use tool that will save much time and effort when managing a company's social strategy.

Pros

manage all social content/updates into a single interface, connect all the most used social networks and send updates, schedule, track virality, etc. Free version allows for a single company to manage all its networks, all functionalities present. Updates from desktop or mobile app are extremely simple to perform.

Cons

Haven't identified a downside for this tool. If you need to manage many accounts (for the same social network) you may need to use the premium paid version (which is totally fine).

I highly recommend Buffer if you are looking for an effective scheduler for your social media contents and updates.

Pros

Well, digitization has opens the vast door to reach the correct audience. One of the best mode is through social media. It might be for our individual growth or for an organizational goal, the main challenge we comes across is scheduling the right content at the right time. Buffer's Power Extension has made it pretty simple, we can schedule blog posts and updates for a whole week and even for a month with a one go! just create your unique status and share it as many time as you want as per the traffic on those posts.

Buffer's Browser Extension is a charm, you can install it in any browser for free. Just click on the Buffer's extension icon and it will share directly from the page you are on to all the saved accounts, if you want to change the structure, simply customize the extension from the setting panel.

The built - in analytics works awesome! it gives you a clear view on your most effective contents and even guides to re-buffer it with the right audiance.

Cons

I really love this tool, but for integration with Instagram they ask for business profile, individual Instagram profile don't work, but no need to worry, they have provided a guide to switch from personal to business profile.

My highlights with Buffer include the performance management tool allowing for real-time measurement and modifications if needed. And they work seamless with Mac OS OS X. Get the plugin and expand the power of this tool.

Pros

Incredible management tool for an unbeatable price. Social Media is the most important Digital space you need to be in and Buffer makes sure I am always in the game. Their scheduling tool is a breeze and does the job. What I like best is the optimization that occurs Live when scheduling the posts. Every experience I have had has been a joy.

Cons

Not a huge criticism but a few more features would keep them ahead. Headline optimizer and Social Ad generator would be great additons. But this is a simple system with great functionality.

Buffer makes it simple to post to multiple business pages from one dashboard. It's easy to setup and use, and the plans are low-cost -- as a social media consultant, Buffer is the social media management tool I most often recommend to my small business clients.

Pros

Buffer is easy to use, with a clean and intuitive user interface, great customer support, and useful analytics for optimizing post timing. It's also simple to manage and approve team member contributions.

Cons

I do wish the free version was a little more robust. The analytics and number of posts you can queue up are limited and you can't connect every network.

It solves the problem of being hooked to a laptop or phone for social engagement. It makes it easier to go on vacation or handoff projects to others.

Pros

The program is simple to set up. Often there are too many steps to take to even get your social media items linked up. It makes it fairly seamless in the setup, which makes it faster overall. The publish feature is simple also, and easy to show others to use. As a manager, I often have to train others.

Overall, Buffer gets the job done, but only just. It's an easy to use program to schedule social media posts but there were a few limitations on what we could do (as mentioned in the cons of the review). I still recommend it for the beginner social media managers out there.

Pros

We have been using Buffer for over a year to help manage our social media platforms and scheduling content from our content calendars. The layout and dashboard is very easy to use and get the job done. This is a no frills program, but gets the tasks done at hand.

Cons

There were a few things our team wished were a little different: bulk content scheduling, issues with uploading large media files, and inability to post same or smiliar posts over a certain period of time (especially important to us when we are trying to complete a social media campaign). This made our marketing campaigns more a challenge so we looked at other options.

It's been great since I discovered it. I love the ease of use and preplanning I can arrange. Saves me tons of time so I can get back to content creating and running other aspects of my business.

Pros

I like that they have integrated Instagram posting with their platform. It's so nice for my digital marketing agency to manage clients social media platforms in one place. Having a posting schedule and being able to load them in advance saves a tremendous amount of time in my workflow.

Cons

Posting with Instagram is still iffy. You have to get on your device to be able to accept it and that's kind of redundant. I'm sure in the future this will be added on, but for now it is an extra step i'd rather not have to take!

It has been a wonderful addition to my company's toolbelt.

Pros

I'm self-employed and Buffer makes it wonderfully efficient to manage my social and content marketing strategy without consuming a lot of my time.

Cons

I wish the workflow to queue posts was a bit more streamlined.
