It’s relatively easy to use as the site is well signposted, so you know where to input a contact’s details, update activity you’ve had with the contact, etc. It can also be linked to other software, so when I update Work Flow Max, it automatically adds the new contact into Hubspot.

Cons

I am unsure of its other capabilities as I’m only using it as a simple repository for contact details and notes.

This CRM is amazing, I love having the ability to track deals and potential revenue. These days it's easy for a pending deal to get forgotten if work begins to pile up, and this program helps you minimize lost sales.

Cons

PRICE! The free version is great but to reap the true benefits you are forced to purchase the premium edition, which is insanely expensive.

For something free it's really great and after talking to a rep I can't wait to upgrade.

Pros

With the free version I like have the Sales piece to track the process and seeing email opens. I also like that it pulls customer info in automatically.

Cons

The email tracking just stopped working one day and there's no customer support for the free version, which I understand. The FAQ and troubleshooting ideas didn't work for the issue.

Small business owner here. I love this product. It has really helped me to get clear on my marketing initiatives, be more effective and organized. I implement the conversation bots as I can't always be there to answer questions but I want my customers to have a great first experience. It is optimized for mobile, which other platforms don't always have. Overall, this is a great product.

Cons

It's a little pricey for a small business trying to take off, but I do think the value is there. I wish they had a cheaper entry point.

I liked how they give free versions and people just end up buying it because they liked it. It has good customer service as well so you won't have to worry, they got your back in case of you may encounter a technical issue.

Pros

I really recommend using this CRM tool because it is highly functional and easy to use. I love it! I will definitely recommend. It has free version but I think anyone who will try the free ones will just end up buying it since it really works!

Cons

The cost for this app is expensive however I think it is still worth it since I consider this as one of the best CRM tool ever. They also have a good customer service if ever you experience tech issues.

It is a real life-saver but it would be better if some information can be accessed offline like the contact numbers if ever I would need to make a call and don't have internet access.

Doesn't do anything well. Forgot to add security certificate to our landing pages for a couple of months. Managing content schedule is such a headache. Also the recent hubspot outage crippled us. Also, too darn expensive!!

Hubspot is a great tool if you're just starting out with Marketing automation. It offers a bit of everything in its more expensive package. The tracking information it provides is also mindblowing and extremely helpful to the sales and marketing teams, as well as providing good reports for the management. It will take your marketing to the next level.

Cons

If you have advanced customization needs, advanced multilingual support, or advanced CRM system, HubSpot might not be for you. The customization it offers is very limited, you only have a few switches here and there, but it's pretty closed off all in all. The advanced features are very limited and you might find yourself more angry at the limitations than you would be happy for the features it does offer. They're a small company and still have a lot to grow, so hopefully in the future they will address this

I'm still relatively new to everything Hubspot. We're in the construction/integration of the system period right now and everything is very new and shiny in there.
I LOVE the capabilities Hubspot brings over our former system (no names...). Have and will recommend it!

Pros

Very adept at being a nuanced, controllable, "set it and forget it" marketing software.
Easy to construct detailed automation based on little, targeted things like "contact watched 30+ seconds of this video."
Very intuitive layout for campaign or "work flow" layout and construction.

Cons

Automated emails can only be sent either on weekdays or any 7 days of the week. I wish for an option that excludes only Sunday. Might be there, just not easy to find right now.
Honestly, nothing else stands out.

I like the Newsletter templates; makes it easy to send emails to a bulk list. Lots of options to customize and use their funnel

Cons

Deleting lists and importing leads is very frustrating. I have to pay for a professional plan in order to be able to import bulk lists. Once I do, there are so many steps. I also cannot delete any of my import lists. Annoying that I also have to make a list static or active in ordr to do anything with it.

Hubspot combines many key marketing tools under one roof. Offering one platform that is easy to access and use as well as have metrics off of. I like that it's an all-in-one marketing tool.

Cons

Hubspot is constantly updating their software but some bugs have been in the works/development for over a year like the SEO tools.
