REACH Media Network offers digital signage solutions that help display announcements, news feeds, schedules, sports scores, social media feeds and other information directly onto digital signage boards in real-time.

REACH helps users customize their signage according to their brand standards, and the solution offers a variety of templates and widget options to display and deliver information. It can integrate with various social media and online platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS feeds and live TV, among others.

REACH supports multiple display options including full-screen announcements, portrait or landscape displays and vertical-screen announcements. It can either be installed on-premises or be hosted in the cloud and can integrate with other third-party software as well.

REACH Media Network also offers services such as menu boards, web calendars, room schedulers and video walls. The solution can be used in a variety of businesses including colleges, fitness, healthcare and corporates.

Our system makes it easy to communicate the information our members need from schedules to upcoming events, promotions, and even social media, we were able to design our system the way we wanted so communication was up to date. It integrates with other platforms we use so we only need to update information in one place and it automatically updates on our displays. Customer support is also exceptional!

Pros

This software is very easy to use, and comes with so many options so you can decide what works best for you and your team!

Cons

Having to manually update the media players was a little tedious at the beginning, but we quickly overcame that obstacle and have not had problems since.

Overall the company has been great to work with. They are very responsive and helpful when issues arise.

Pros

The REACH system is extremely easy to use. It gives us the ability to schedule content as far in advance as we would like. Once you have your content created it literally takes less than a minute to publish to however many screens you want.

Cons

Some more sorting options would be nice. Such as the ability to sort by "scheduled" content. Also it would be nice to schedule something for more than one timeframe at a time. For example, right now if I have a poster to publish for Monday to Tuesday one week and Thursday to Saturday 2 weeks in the future, I would have to do two separate publish tasks. It would be nice to be able to do it all at once.

With REACH, it is easy to get the word out there for the public to see. Literally, with the touch of a button on any computer at any time I can change and content if needed.

Pros

The REACH software is very easy to use. It takes no time to get up and running with this program.

This is a quick way to communicate effectively with members in the building.

Pros

The ability to log in remotely, and to easily upload images makes using the software a cinch!

Cons

The problems have been with our internal WiFi, not with the software. No complaints.

Reach helps us communicate to all of our audiences in a timely, visually appealing way. We've used other systems in the past, and Reach is the most affordable and easy to use. The customer service and support teams are fast and helpful. My overall experience is very positive.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the user friendly interface, fast customer service, stock image options, and preview modes.

Cons

As a designer who uses an iMac, the editing tools are less sophiscated and a bit cumbersome to operate when I need to fine tune an area. Some great upgrades might include an alignment tool for text boxes and shapes.

Probably the best part of REACH is their excellent customer service and tech support. They are available all the time and are so willing and happy to help make whatever you want or need happen. And quickly! They are very fast.

Pros

I really like the advancements and improvements this software has made. I particularly appreciate them changing how they do their calendar scheduling so you can combine existing Google calendars instead of having to rewrite everything.

Cons

My biggest con used to be the calendar of events portion of REACH. It was not user friendly and it was very difficult and time-consuming to make edits. But once they combined with Google calendars, the process because infinitely better. This has been a real game changer.

I have used REACH for a number of years in two different businesses and have never had a poor interaction or result. The sales and customer service departments have always been helpful. Our customers are able to receive clear and up to date information with the REACH TV system.

My overall experience with REACH has been a pleasant one. I think it's a great way of communicating messages to everyone.

Pros

I like how user friendly this program is. When I need to post in the announcements it take me little to no time because of how easy it is to use. The convenience factor is a major plus for someone who does not have a lot of free time.

Cons

The way the picture fits on the screen was weird at first but I managed by clicking on "fit to horizontally" and my images fit the entire TV screens.

Reach provides us a clear way to market internally in our facilities while not having a ton of flyers and papers.

Pros

The ease of use in Reach is amazing. Post across multiple screens, 1 screen, all screens, etc. with 1 Click!
The scheduling of announcements is awesome as well, literally everything is done on 1 screen!
The staff and service at Reach is amazing, prompt, and very polite.

Cons

REACH has been great for our facility. Our internal issues with getting boxes online has been frustrating but REACH customer support has always been very helpful and easy to reach.

Pros

I like the displays and the amount/variety of stock photos available for use. Announcements are easy to set up and change.

Cons

THe schedule that I want to run on the side is hard to set up and understand. We have had a lot of issues using that feature.

I love working with REACH. Their customer service is very responsive. The newsletters they send monthly are great to see new trends or features - or just to be clued into what's going on. They are great at reinforcing a human element to tech company.

Pros

Reach Media's CMS is incredibly easy to navigate and very intuitive. The features they offer definitely grab viewers attention to inform them of pertinent organizational matters.

Cons

I wish we had purchased the higher CPU players to prevent any lag or buffering when we call iframes into our widgets. Sometimes updates that are going on in the background may increase the blank space in a widget - however I will say, whenever this happens (rarely) Reach technical crew is very quick at helping resolve any issues.

Excellent experience and excellent customer service.

Pros

With online access, REACH is easy to manage from any location, anytime. It has allowed us to schedule our messages as well as create different messages for different locations. It's easy to use and people love it as a way to stay connected around the company. It's ability to show video and graphics as well as ticker messages is fantastic.

Cons

I prefer to create graphics outside of the program, though there are advantages to doing so within the program. The tools with overlaying text, etc. are just not quite as friendly as tools I use outside of REACH.

If you're looking for a cloud based Digital Sign Solution then Reach is the only one you need to try. After testing several Reach was the easiest to setup and get running. The web interface is easy to manage and to assign users specific permissions and screens. You can have content up and running in a few minutes. When you call for support you get someone almost immediately.

Cons

Their iFrame embedding sometimes has issues.

We have gotten rid of alot of paper flyers in our YMCA. We use the Reach platform as our Community bulletin board. We can post things from around the community so that all can see with our cluttering up our front desk and lobby. Since Reach is web based we can make changes on the fly without having to be at our YMCA

Pros

This is super easy to use and easy to link to other platforms. We link our group exercise schedule to our Reach TV's to display the current days schedule. One TV displays the day's schedule with the weather, time and scrolling announcements. It serves as a one stop shop for what's going on in our YMCA.

Cons

I wish there was a more robust design platform for the announcement sections. The ability to design sophisticated screens is limited. You have to import files from other platforms, word, excel, publisher. The biggest issue if there is a change you have to change the original file and then import to Reach again.

I really enjoy this software, but even more than I enjoy using it, I love the customer service. They're prompt, proactive, and helpful in everything they do.

Pros

Easy to navigate. I had never used this system (or any type like it) and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to understand where everything was.

Awesome startup and continued support.

Pros

Easy to use - fast upload - The initial setup team and the support team were very professional and easy to talk to. My training was very easy and I picked it up pretty quick.
