Silverpop vs Wix

There is slow implementation of UI fixes and enhancements. Testing of the automated mailings is daunting and difficult.

The interface is very difficult to interact with and the customer support is not very strong. Takes a very long time to produce reports and export the numbers we need.

For the price, the base price, I feel you should get more for that cost associated up front. However, you do get what you pay for.

The basic setup is pretty easy to understand and intuitive, but trying to add the more advanced can get really complicated for basic users.
