ACOM Health RAPID Chiropractic Software & Billing Service vs NextGen Office (Formerly Known as MediTouch)

I had initially bought ACOM because they had an office in Jacksonville, Florida, where my practice is located. I liked taking my staff there for training. Was sad when they closed it down.

The billing was confusing at first to get set up correctly, but once done, it was all smooth sailing.

The system works well, though it does take some time to get through and learn the software initially.

There are some functions in the claims processing that are a little confusing but the support services are great when we call the help desk in walking me through the process.
