Pros/Cons

Pros
It is very easy to use, comfortable format, and fairly price compare to other EHR systems. The staffs love it due to simple format and use.
Ease of use and intuitiveness of the system. Your engineers are remarkable. Each update went amazingly smoothly.

Cons
It uses some templates, but using a macro to insert common sentences is difficult.
Reports are hard to read. Some of the features can use an upgrade.Easy to use but a little too simplistic in the look and format

Pros
I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.
Awesome customer service! The rep is the best!

Cons
Customer service is mostly good but inconsistent. Pricing is slightly on the high side. I pay about $105 a month.
Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.
