Pros/Cons

Pros
It is very easy to use, comfortable format, and fairly price compare to other EHR systems. The staffs love it due to simple format and use.
Ease of use and intuitiveness of the system. Your engineers are remarkable. Each update went amazingly smoothly.

Cons
It uses some templates, but using a macro to insert common sentences is difficult.
Reports are hard to read. Some of the features can use an upgrade.Easy to use but a little too simplistic in the look and format

Pros
I love the ease of use of this software, everything has been thought of!
I love the ease of use and the fact that you can access it via an app as well.

Cons
The Android app had many limitations in the past but as of three months ago, it just took off and now it is excellent!
The only thing I didn’t like was it was initially confusing on how to locate all the document templates. However, a quick search gave me a link on where they’re located in the software.
