Pros/Cons

Pros
It is very easy to use, comfortable format, and fairly price compare to other EHR systems. The staffs love it due to simple format and use.
Ease of use and intuitiveness of the system. Your engineers are remarkable. Each update went amazingly smoothly.

Cons
It uses some templates, but using a macro to insert common sentences is difficult.
Reports are hard to read. Some of the features can use an upgrade.Easy to use but a little too simplistic in the look and format

Pros
I love how easy this app is.. My clients LOVE the reminders and I LOVE I don't have to send them! Through COVID this company has been amazing!!!
Very easy to use. Lots of features. Great price

Cons
It is very customizable, but it would be nice if they offered packages for added features instead of paying a la carte.
The updates sometimes will not allow you to sign in during a particular timeframe, but other than that- We are super happy with it!
