One of the best products in its class
This is by far the most user-friendly EMR program for a small-to-medium ER setting. The resulting narration actually has a good flow to it.
Pros
Ease of use, convenient user interface, logical workflow.
Cons
Does take up significant computing resources; when run remotely, expect some delays.

User Friendly and quick to pick up.
Easy to use, sometimes had issues with it crashing.
Pros
This software felt really up to date. The forms were easily accessible to find and have ready for patients. You did not have to click around to find things.
Cons
It seemed to glitch a lot, there were certain things that would make the system crash when clicking on them.
