Excellent customer service. Customizable EHR. Meaningful Use certified
User friendly and if assistance is needed, staff is so helpful

Lots to learn, which takes time, but worth the time.

Pros
I love the ease of use of this software, everything has been thought of!
I love the ease of use and the fact that you can access it via an app as well.

Cons
The Android app had many limitations in the past but as of three months ago, it just took off and now it is excellent!
The only thing I didn’t like was it was initially confusing on how to locate all the document templates. However, a quick search gave me a link on where they’re located in the software.
