Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Everything they say is true. They don't cut corners or use sale tactics to trick you into buying their system. They have your practice's best interest at heart!

  • There are more features for the cost: - Great customer service - Easy interface - Customization of the software - Everyone in our office from the doctor to the biller really likes it

  • Cons

  • I can't say I had any problems with Medios. They delivered more than I could have asked for in a professional way.

  • I wish they were local, but I did not run into any problems with my remote implementation.

  • Pros

  • I loved how the application was super easy to use. The navigation part of the application, made my daily workflow easier.

  • Easy to use , customer service is quick and easy to contact

  • Cons

  • The system works well, though it does take some time to get through and learn the software initially.

  • There are some functions in the claims processing that are a little confusing but the support services are great when we call the help desk in walking me through the process.
