QinecToolkit is a Web-based outpatient health care solution offering integrated EHR, scheduling and resourcing, billing and care planning features. It also includes e-prescribing, pathology and PACS integration.
This system has pre-built templates that can be customized according to practice speciality, plus SNOMED coding and standardized reporting. Practitioners can coordinate with staff members to book follow-up appointments or request a lab test.
QinecToolkit’s scheduling and resourcing feature comes with a smart appointment search engine that provides the ability to book multiple appointments in clusters to reduce time. A patient portal is also available, which allows patients to book, edit and receive confirmation of appointments.
QinecToolkit features a dashboard that allows practitioners to manage tasks and assign them to different users. Many administrative tasks can also be automated: For example, email reminders can be sent to patients if they forget to fill out pre- or post-appointment questionnaires within a specified time period.
