the lack of flexibility in structure but it is understandable that there has to be a backbone of core functions that cannot be customised.

There were a few functions that seems confusing , however we have only had a short trial so far.

Initially, the sign up process was a bit clunky, but the Mentorloop team were most accommodating in taking our suggestions on board and adapting it to better suite our needs.

I only has been the photo upload functionality which is an internal IT issue and not Mentorloop. They have been helping to get this sorted with a temporary workaround
