Pros/Cons

Pros
The product was easy to use and I love the reporting features.
It is very easy to learn and the amount of information that it is able to store for us on our constituents is extremely helpful!

Cons
The new reporting is a little hard to get used to but has a lot of power and features.
Building reports can be a little tricky, but the reporting is flexible and informative.

Pros
I like the desktop version very much. It is easy to use and learn. It has all the reports and fields that I need.
I like the ease of use, there's no big learning curve, and it's clean with extra features that block or slow usage.

Cons
Sometimes the grids can get complicated and hard to see, and sometimes it is difficult to look things up if you are unsure what the exact spelling of something is.
I don't like that you are forced to upgrade and when you don't it simply shuts your access to the program down.
